By creating an account or using SubhaniHub's platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all sellers, buyers, and visitors.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Sellers agree to list only genuine products, maintain accurate inventory, fulfill orders promptly, and comply with applicable laws. SubhaniHub reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate listing policies, receive excessive disputes, or engage in fraudulent activity.
All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal. For bulk orders, net-30 payment terms may be arranged with account managers. Failed payments result in order cancellation after 24 hours.
SubhaniHub's platform, branding, and content are owned by SubhaniHub Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant SubhaniHub a licence to display it on the platform.
SubhaniHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be free of errors.
Disputes between sellers and buyers are handled through SubhaniHub's dispute resolution process. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
SubhaniHub may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
